Why are my different listings giving me different vessel and PRD counts?
There are a few reasons counts could change based on what report is being viewed.
It has to do with the criteria selected to view and the report. For instance,
if viewing the default report, the Index, and criteria selected is all active
vessels, those vessels will be shown along with the PRDs on them. From there,
if the link to "View by PRD ..." is used, now all PRDs will be shown along with their
vessels and in this case, it doesn't matter if they are in inactive vessels.
However, since only active vessels is still selected, the vessel information
will not be shown with PRD.
