System notifications are sent out on the first of every month. This page is
used to configure which PRDs notifications are sent for and who should receive
a master copy of the message. Each division can have their own configuration
and messages that will be sent can be reviewed before the first of each month
to make sure the correct criteria has been configured.
Besides configuring which devices should be included in the notifications,
the following can also be configured for a division:
The lead time can be changed which is how many months before the due
date should the notification be sent for a device.
The subject of the email message can be changed.
As mentioned earlier a master copy can be sent to people enterd which will
be one message detailing who received what message. This is also included
in the review of what will be sent.
Before the text put out by the sytem, a message can be entered that will be
included first as the top part of the message.
Notes:
It is highly recommended that the review be done before the first
of the month, at least for the first few months to make sure the desired
messages are going out.
Keep in mind that anyone who has authorization and uses this form will
update the configuration for that division. Whoever uses the form last
will be doing the configuration that will be used by the system.
